Stars and Snowflakes

Snowflakes by

What stars and snowflakes
have in common
mass our people
prayer in the right
hands given to suffer.

If I have miles
to go before I
sleep.
Then I will hold
wait and watch
the breath rise.

This will surely melt.
bad dreams fleshed out
side- napkins, plate
glass, the print
fingers form a web.

I speak in symbols
hands at the side
the vocalizations of
happenstance memory-
No where to go.
